It's been a LONG time coming, hasn't it? We never guessed when we launched our little kombucha business in Wilmington last fall that we would be so inundated with requests for booch that production would take the front seat to getting the taproom open. We are so thankful for our patrons who have been buying the booch all this time at farmers markets and through our wholesale outlets.
But rejoice! The Taproom is now open!
